6. Weekend Warrior

The most important thing to remember is this: keep your priorities straight. You wanna be sexy skinny and all that. But, your friends and fun are more important. So, on Saturday night, you have to be able to join the party, throw back a few cold ones and eat the potato chips. The regular ones, not the baked ones that that taste like sheetrock. But you still wanna drop the pounds and you don’t wanna throw out the hard work you put in all week. So, you save your points for beer and junk food. And it’s okay, really, everything will be just fine. Tomorrow is a new day and you’re gonna get on that treadmill and walk the heck out of it. And you’ll have soup and salad, and no bread. Well, until Sunday night’s party, that is. Weekends are tough.
